I joined because I wanted to ship, not publish. Two years in I've seen my calibration algorithms go into 2.1 million vehicles. That feedback loop is addictive.
The pace surprised me. Twelve weeks from sketch approval to a drivable alpha on the Seal U7 interior. My last company would still be doing stakeholder workshops.
