How long does the full delivery take?
Typical transit is 36–45 days from order to doorstep. 8 days production · 25–28 days Pacific crossing · 2–5 days customs · 1–2 days final mile.
Can I track the vessel in real time?
Yes. Once loaded onto the RoRo carrier, AIS vessel tracking updates every 6 hours on this page. Your concierge also pushes SMS updates on port milestones.
What if customs takes longer than expected?
If clearance exceeds 7 days, we automatically credit $250 per extra day to your account. BYD covers all storage fees at bonded warehouse.
Can I reschedule the delivery appointment?
Yes — up to 24 hours before the scheduled window, via this page or by contacting your concierge directly. Free rescheduling within 14 days of original slot.
What happens if the vehicle arrives damaged?
Your concierge inspects every vehicle before handover. If any damage is found, we refuse delivery, document with photos, and arrange a replacement at no cost. Your deposit is fully protected.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
A signed handover requires an adult 18+ present at the address. You can nominate someone else (partner, family, assistant) via your account up to 12 hours before the slot.
