Will I pay duties or customs fees separately?
No. The price you see at checkout is the landed cost — it includes duties, VAT/GST and customs handling in your destination country. We handle all paperwork on your behalf.
Can I track my car in real time?
Yes. Once the vessel departs Shenzhen, your dashboard shows its live position on a marine-AIS map, updated every hour. We also send status emails at each of the 10 stages.
What if delivery is delayed beyond the quoted window?
If we miss the quoted door-to-door window we cover the first 30 days of your lease or loan payment. The quote window is inclusive of build, freight and customs.
Is the car insured during shipping?
Yes. Marine cargo insurance covers the full vehicle value with zero deductible against loss at sea. You don't pay extra — it's part of the landed cost.
How do I register the car in my country?
All paperwork required for local registration arrives with the car. A named concierge walks you through the local registration process on handover and stays available for 7 days after delivery.
Can I ship to a country not on the 82-market list?
We're expanding monthly. If your country isn't listed, contact our concierge — we can usually arrange private import with a 60–90 day window and provide a landed-cost quote upfront.
Can I change my delivery address mid-shipment?
Yes, up to 14 days before final-mile delivery. If your car is already in customs or on a road carrier, change fees may apply. Contact your concierge as early as possible.
What happens if the car is damaged during transit?
Our 247-point PDI report on arrival catches any transit damage. If anything is flagged, we repair on our account before handover or — if not repairable — source a replacement from inventory at no cost to you.
