NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase does not increase your chance of winning. Void where prohibited by law. This promotion is conducted in accordance with applicable prize-draw legislation. Full Official Rules are available on request.

Who is eligible to enter?

Anyone 18 years or older residing in one of our 82 supported countries. Employees of BYD Automotive Group and their immediate families are excluded. Where local law prohibits prize draws, entries are void.

How is the winner selected?

A verifiable, cryptographically-secure random number generator selects a single entry from the week's pool. The draw is conducted live on our YouTube channel at 18:00 UTC every Friday, witnessed by an independent auditor (Deloitte).

How do I claim my prize if I win?

We email the winner within 60 minutes of the draw. You confirm your address and vehicle preference (within the current week's model; substitutions of similar value available). Delivery takes 4–8 weeks depending on your country's shipping lane.

Are there any tax obligations?

BYD pays all international shipping, import duties, and local registration taxes. Income-tax treatment of prize vehicles varies by jurisdiction; winners are responsible for any personal income tax owed in their country of residence. We provide a 1099-equivalent statement on request.

Can I take cash instead of the vehicle?

Yes. Winners may elect a cash-equivalent prize equal to 80% of the vehicle's MSRP (e.g. $47,120 for a $58,900 Han EV). Cash option must be declared within 7 days of notification.

What happens if the winner doesn't respond?

Winners have 7 calendar days to respond to the notification email. If no response is received, a secondary drawing is conducted the following Monday and the prize is awarded to the runner-up.

Can I enter more than once per week?

The free email entry is one per person per week. Additional entries through purchases, investments, and referrals are unlimited and stackable. Multiple free entries from the same person are automatically deduplicated and will result in disqualification if intentional.

How is my data handled?

Your email, name, and country are used solely for drawing administration and prize delivery. We do not sell personal data. Marketing communications are opt-in only and are independent from drawing entry. See our Privacy Policy.
